Team structures
When you join the club, all the swimmers are put into a team, which is decided by age and ability. As the swimmer progresses, they will move up a team, decided by the coaches.

Land training
We have a four week rotation for land training, where we focus on flexibility, core, performance and walk throughs. All four of these things are very important for the swimmer to maximise their performance.
