Team structures
When you join the club, all the swimmers are put into a team, which is decided by age and ability. As the swimmer progresses, they will move up a team, decided by the coaches.
Currently we have the following teams:

- Green team - Our beginners, from age 7 to 10
- Blue team - Our Intermediate, from age 10 to 13
- Red team - Our senior team, from age 13 to 18
- Master's section - 18+ teams
Land training
We have a four week rotation for land training, where we focus on flexibility, core, performance and walk throughs. All four of these things are very important for the swimmer to maximise their performance.
