Medway Artistic swimming Club
Medway Artistic Swimming Club aims to promote health and fitness through the team sport of artistic swimming. The club has a fun and friendly atmosphere where athletes can develop to their full potential at their own pace. Our Junior club members train to achieve grade level awards and to take part in competitions. Our Masters club members also have the opportunity to compete if they wish to do so. A yearly showcase is held to display their achievements to parents, partners, children and friends.

Founded in 1995 by Penny Snell as Medway Mermaids Synchronised Swimming Club the club is celebrating its 25th anniversary year in 2020 and although Coronavirus has put paid to our celebrations we are looking forward to getting back to training and planning a huge party for next year instead.
In September 2020 following a change internationally and by our governing body to the name of our sport, we became Medway Artistic Swimming Club. Our logo was redesigned by Rosie Lonsdale, who is one of our masters athletes, and we began to look forward to the next 25 years. Nothing else changed and our ethos remains the same as ever - unlocking the potential of every athlete at their own pace.
Medway Artistic Swimming Club are SwimMark Essential accredited by Swim England and have also been awarded Clubmark. We are also part of the Kent Synchro Network.
